Our pristine wine estate dates back to 1696 and offers so much more than a personal experience of yesteryear and a gracious era. Set on the banks of the Eerste River with vistas of Cape mountains and the ocean, the estate features manicured vineyards, water ponds, biodiverse wetlands, indigenous plants, birds and insects. The historic Manor House and its ring wall is a national monument with wine tasting, event venues and two Bertus Basson restaurants and the Boutique Hotel and Spa.

Residents can enjoy an exclusive wine tasting in the historic homestead dating back to 1773 or sample some of South African chef Bertus Basson's signature dishes in one of the two on-site restaurants. The more active guests will enjoy a visit to the gym or yoga room, or can follow the running trail circling the 161 ha Estate.
