Rates are quoted in USD. Rates are subject to change due to USD Fluctuation. SA/SADC Residents Rand Rates are available upon request.

RATES INCLUDE

Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Tea, coffee (excluding speciality tea/coffee), bottled water, fruit juice, local beer, local soft drinks and house wine (house wine with meals only).
Afternoon tea/coffee cake
For the Deluxe Honeymoon Suite – bottle of sparkling wine on arrival with room snacks and fruit bowl.
For children 6-12 years of age there is a children’s menu. Additional surcharge for adult menu
Government Tax (IVA) 17%

Rates include following activities:

Snorkeling at “Fingers” Rock formation
Swimming in the warm Indian Ocean
Beach games & walks, Kayak, Surf Boards, Boogie Board and Snorkeling Equipment
Board Games, Cards, Books, Table Tennis, darts, pool table and movies
Beach bicycle riding
Coconut cutting demonstrations

RATES EXCLUDE

Travel to Inhambane or Vilanculos Airport transfer, Visas and Travel Insurance, beverages not included in package, laundry and other items of a personal nature

Guide/Tour Leader/Pilot rate is NETT USD 150.00 in a designated room. For groups 20 pax + Tour Leader/Guide FOC
Validation of Guide/Tour Leader/Pilot may be requested.

PAYMENT POLICY

Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit - Low Season (Credit Card or EFT).
Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit – High Season – 16 December 2023 to 05 January 2024 (Credit Card or EFT)
The balance is due a MINIMUM of 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of non-payment, Massinga Beach reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notification. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and modifications only confirmed once written confirmation is received Bookings cancelled 31 – 45 days prior to arrival are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Premature departure or no show are subject to 100% cancellation fee.

COVID POLICY – CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to Covid-19 cancellations our cancellation policy has become more flexible under certain conditions.

If bookings have to be cancelled due to Covid we ask that the booking rather be postponed, in circumstances where this is not possible the following will apply:

In cases where a guest is prevented from taking up their booking due to any governmental regulation or provable medical incident relating to a pandemic, cancellation costs will be waived and an administration fee of 15% of payment made will be applicable.
For peak period bookings – 16 December 2023 to 6 January 2024 a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged for bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Other than the deposit required for peak period bookings – 16 December 2023 to 6 January 2024, the only occasion we may request a deposit is in cases where a serious booking request from another source could be confirmed or for a Group/Tour Series Booking.
Refunds will be based on funds received and subject to ROE. Bank charges will be for the clients account.
