This vehicle is only available for private hire for use in Harare only. Special arrangements can be made but we will have our own driver for chauffeur services.
Your rental includes

✔A Guarantee / Deposit / Bond of USD$ 70 (or current day equivalence) is required to complete your booking at the host's site.

Refundable Security Deposit: USD$ 70
The Refundable Security Deposit of $70usd is only a temporary hold on the accepted card. Return the car without missing fuel, fines or charges, and the deposit will be returned to your account.
Other local car rental partners may charge/reserve an amount of 12000-40000 ZAR depending on car group as guarantee.

*All cards must be in the same name as the main driver on the booking.
In the event that you fail to present a valid payment method, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on your account, or the payment method is not in the main driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances no funds paid will be reimbursed.
Once you return the car without toll charges, fines or missing fuel the deposit will be returned to your account.
✖Cash payments are rarely accepted.
Damage & Theft Excess: USD$140 to USD$1,920 payable
Damage and Theft excess is the maximum amount the lead driver pays in the event of damage, theft or incident. The excess amount depends on the car hire company.
The client is responsible for parking and traffic fines and toll fines. Any dissatisfaction with the rental car must be reported immediately to the local provider.
Please note that if you are under 25 or over 70 years old, car rental companies may apply additional fees to you.
Fair Fuel Policy:
The car rental company will have the car filled with fuel for you and you have to return the car with a full tank. The car rental company will charge you for every missing quarter of a tank and a refueling fee might apply. A fuel deposit might be required, which will be refunded at the end of the rental if the car is returned with a full tank of fuel.
Mileage Information:
Renter is limited to 90 kilometer radius from host's site.
A charge of 2.30 - 6.70 ZAR per kilometer (depending on car group) will apply after 60kms per day.
Insurance information:
Customers are required to report any incidents to the rental station within 3 hours of occurrence, and to notify the police within 24 hours of occurrence.
Limited Supplier Insurance: Included
The Limited Supplier Insurance covers bodywork damage and theft. It doesn't cover damage or loss of keys, tyres, windscreen, glass or undercarriage.
