Who can register to be an Affiliate?

Anyone can, from large tour operators to family-run vineyards or even a local expert offering a walking tour of their town or city. You just need to be aged 18 or over and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in which you operate.

By hosting your properties or experiences, youll get access to a cloud-based property management system lets you manage your bookings on-the-go and a free business listing which is a dedicated page on Africabooking that showcases your business and allows for reviews. 

You’ll also get free access to the Africabooking`s Local Expert Management Center where you can publish products on Africabooking, and manage your bookings and reviews. Any products you create will be shown on your Africabooking listing under your profile.

Kindly note that for every successful reservation made through the platform, we will be entitled to 10% (local travellers) and 12% (international visitors) of the receipted amount.

Africabooking is a platform that allows you to create experiences that travelers from all over the world can book and buy online, from guided tours to surf lessons, among many others. Suppliers that sell products with us reach customers through Africabooking.co.za and thousands of partner sites.

  Who can register?

  What do I get when I sign up?

You’ll get a business listing (if you don’t already have one) which is a dedicated page on Africabooking that showcases your business and reviews. You’ll also get free access to the Africabooking`s Become Local Expert Management Center where you can publish products on Africabooking, and manage your bookings and reviews. Any products you create will be shown on your Africabooking listing under your profile.

  How do I receive my payment?

You can collect whenever you want, you only need a minimum accumulated of USD50 in your account and you can already charge to choose by bank transfer, paypal, m-pesa or cash withdrawal this is done from your withdrawal partner account.

  Do I have to sell products?

No, there’s no obligation to actually sell products if you don’t want to. If all you’re looking for is a listing on Africabooking to collect reviews and share info with customers, you’re still in the right place! When you create your account, you’ll automatically get a listing and you can update it whenever you like from the Management Center.

  How much do you charge me for each booking?

We charge for each booking 20% of the total value and the rest is for you. With traffic volumes our commission charge my be negotiated.

  What do you charge for the service?

We charge 20% of total value per booking.

  Are my details kept private?

Yes. Africabooking undertakes to collect, store, and use Personal Related Information only in a manner which is compliant with the Privacy Policy

  When can I start publishing my properties/ events/ tours?

You can start your business as soon as your application to become a Vendor is approved.

  Do I need my own tools and equipment?

Yes, you will need your own tools, equipment, and vehicle to provide your trade or service. If you need to purchase these Africabooking can help with finance.

  Can you help with finance?

Yes. Contact us to see how Local Expert can help with finance for tools, equipment, and any assets you need to grow your business.

  Can I have a copy of the terms and conditions that apply to Africabooking`s vendor community?

Yes. When you apply to join Africabooking community, you will receive a Service Provider agreement for your consideration and due diligence.
