Magnificent newly renovated family home above Brekvis-baai Vermont with oceanfront views. Spacious living areas, kitchen and indoor braai room leading onto a large deck with pool. Located on a quiet street with security system and wifi in place. This home has five bedrooms, with three bathrooms.
Casa Nel comprises 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, and the fifth room features twin beds. The 3 bathrooms are fitted with a bath and a shower, or a shower only, and is shared between the bedrooms. Linen is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the 8-seater dining table. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use.
The lounge features comfy seating. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, a TV with selected DStv channels, and the built-in braai area, both opening onto the large deck with lounge areas and the swimming pool, overlooking the ocean.

Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
No smoking is permitted inside the accommodation.
