Life gets busy. There’s no better place for you and your loved ones to relax and restore than at Mandowa Beach Forest and Cottages. 35 kilometers north of Maputo, Mandowa is sheltered from the harsh city lights and noise.

Beautiful beach house in Macaneta is rated for high-class, luxurious design with all the amenities you need to give your family and friends the perfect vacation. Fully serviced self-catering home that's just a short walk to the beach house is called "Alamanda", part of "Mandowa Beach Forest and Cottages," which can be searched and found on the most popular online map/search engine.

The space

The perfect place to relax! Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests, Mandowa offers (2 en suite bedrooms and 2 common area mattresses) 2 identical bedrooms – each with two beds and their own private bathroom – along with a family room and fully functional kitchen. Wifi is available, but you need to pay for it. Comes with a fully functional self-catered kitchen - including an electric stove/oven, a full-sized refrigerator, eat-in counter, and all the glassware/silverware you need - along with a comfortable deck, private parking, and yard.

There is also a pool, an eating area and small braii along the pool, and a tennis court - these spaces are accessible and shared amongst all Mandowa Beach Forest & Cottages guests.

Guest access

Guests can access everything within the house - along with the gorgeous beach, only a six-minute walk. However, the outdoor spaces within the facilities site are shared amongst all Mandowa Beach Forest & Cottages guests.

Other things to note

There are markets on the way to Macaneta and some restaurants near the house. Please bring groceries - your best bet is to shop in Maputo or Matola before arriving. The unit includes tap water, hot water, and a generator to keep your electricity in service, but we recommend you bring bottled water for your consumption.

Whether you spend your time relaxing on the beach, reading a book on our upper deck or playing a casual game of tennis, Mandowa offers you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the simpler things in life.
