Whilst in the cage you can observe these fascinating carnivores pushing powerfully through the water from all angles. The secure cage gives visitors the opportunity to view these Zambezi predators in action underwater, where their fierce power is visible; something you may not see on land.
Crocodile cage divers can watch, touch and experience crocodiles in their own environment. Get a unique underwater look at their short legs, thick tails, scaly scutes along the back and impressive jaws.
Operated by an over-head monorail and designed for two to four people in the cage per dive. The cage is suspended above the crocs before being slowly lowered into the enclosure to get allow you an up close and personal look at these amazing reptiles. If you wish the on-site photographer can capture the amazing moments both in and out of the cage for an extra fee. Alternatively you are welcome bring your own underwater camera.
Every dive includes 25 to 30 minutes in the enclosure with all three of these massive reptiles. Regular feeding by the crocodile handlers whilst you are on the activity encourages a face to face encounter and allows you to view the unbelievable power of a crocodiles jaws snapping shut.
Enjoy a 360° view of the three rescued Nile Crocodiles – Bongo, Prado and Lucky. Don’t miss out on Africa’s wildest adventure!

If you’ve organised a transfer you’re picked up from your accommodation to head toward the town centre. Once you’ve arrived at the facility, it’s time to put on your bathers in one of the change rooms in preparation to be lowered into the cage. A qualified dive instructor briefs you on safety procedures and how to operate the scuba regulators. Note that you do not have to be a certified diver to do this activity as you’re not going to great depths. In fact, even non-swimmers are comfortable doing this activity. A professional dive master is onsite at all times, who ensures you follow the dive brief for your own safety.

You remain underwater for 30 minutes breathing through your regulator, a mask is also be provided. During this time, the Nile crocodiles come close to the cage where you’re able to observe their impressive set of teeth, short legs, and powerful tails.
